Featuring the achievements and impact of Race for Opportunity from both a workplace and societal prospective. 

RfO Race to Progress: Breaking Down Barriers
Career progress should be based on merit, people from all walks of life should know that they are able to progress in an organisation. This research includes the three main recommendations

Recruitment Industry Engagement Initiative ( RIEI ) Phrase 2
This initiative takes forward the three main recommendations from the RfO Race to Progress report.  This initiative looks at any trends in barriers faced by ethnic minorities during the recruitment process.

RfO Race into Higher Education examines how ethnic minorities are performing in higher education. British ethnic minorities are better represented in higher education than in the general population.

RfO Bridging the  Value Gap Toolkit- this toolkit profiles on  a)  the direct relationship between manager and worker working towards closing the value gap and b) the organisational culture that will enable those relationships to flourish.

RfO Mentoring for Success-  The importance of mentoring in achieving race diversity cannot be underestimated.  In January 2010 Race for Opportunity launched its
Board Mentoring Circles  and is proud of the
RfO BAME Women Mentoring Circles that are now 70% self sustaining.

RfO STEM Factsheet- This factsheet examines ethnic minority groups in  the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics sector.

Business in the Community's Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity are looking to open the conversation to advance workplace and societal diversity.
