Opening the conversation - Diversity Leadership Boards
Business in the Community's Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity are looking to open the conversation to advance workplace and societal diversity. If your organisation recognises the business advantages of promoting a diverse workforce, it may be interested in taking an active role in advancing gender and race diversity. We are looking to develop our leadership boards and make them truly representative of the diverse world in which we live.
