The Times Top 50 Employers for Women
The Top 50 Employers for Women List...
now open for entries!
Nominations are currently being sought for the definitive list of the top employers for women in the UK. The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list and special supplement in partnership with Opportunity Now will be published on 13 April 2011.
Entry is free for any employer in the UK and involves a comprehensive submission process which asks 27 questions. Organisations need to provide evidence on internal action and external commitment as well as providing two case study stories which demonstrate specific areas of great practice.
It is now widely acknowledged that organisations that fully tap into the talents of both men and women gain clear business advantage. Creating workplaces where women can succeed, progress and thrive is now considered a business imperative.
Organisations that wish to stand apart from their competitors and prove they are one of the top employers for women in the UK should enter.
An expert panel from Opportunity Now, a campaign which promotes the business case for gender equality, will mark each entry against a challenging marking structure. Successful applicants will feature in a supplement in The Times on 13 April.
