Graham van't'Hoff
Graham
was appointed to his current role as Chairman Shell UK on 1 May 2011.
Graham
joined Shell in 1984 after obtaining a degree in Chemistry from Oxford. He also holds a Masters in Business
Management, with Distinction, from Manchester Business School.
Graham
has held roles in the UK, Netherlands and USA, with business experience
predominantly in Europe, North America and Asia. A substantial proportion of his career has
been in the chemicals business. Graham has also held roles in corporate
planning and IT, where he was responsible for the first global SAP
implementation in Shell and the restructuring of Shell’s IT function in the mid
2000’s. His last role was Global Vice
President Base Chemicals.
Graham and his wife, Maggie, who also works for Shell, have four children. While work and family are their main commitments, their key hobby is sailing.
