Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity - the diversity campaigns from Business in the Community run the UK’s most prestigious workplace awards for gender and race equality, diversity and inclusion.
Held each year and culminating in prestigious Award dinners, the Awards of both campaigns serve to highlight the advances being made by organisations in creating inclusive workplaces, where women and ethnic minorities are able to progress and reach their full potential.
