Openreach a BT Group Business
Openreach is the name of BT's local access network business. The name together with its associated identity, is intended to symbolise a more open way of operating - reaching and connecting people and businesses across the UK. Openreach delivers services on an even- handed basis to all communications providers, including BT's own Retail and Global Services businessess.

- to support and service tens of millions of residential and business customers nationwide.

The Need to set Objectives
Objective: To recruit a diverse workforce and address under representation by
- targeting women
- targeting ethnic minorities the reflect the local population ( nationally 15%)
Objective : Engage and partner with our suppliers to deliver - by
- effective use of the media in advertising and PR
- regular reporting
- monitoring applications
How is success measured?
