Introduction
Run throughout the UK and the world, the Springboard Consultancy is the leading personal and work development training company within the UK. and expert originators of the award - winning ' Springboard Women's Development Programme'. Founded in 1988 by Liz Willis and Jenny Daisley, renowned trail blazers in the field of women's development training, the Springboard Consultancy now has over 25 years experience in this field.
The business is influenced by the following strongly held beliefs:
- everyone has untapped potential that can be developed - for the fulfilment of the individual and the benefit of their employing organisation
- developing the whole person ( not just the parts of them that come to work) means that changes are rooted in people's lives, and are more sustained and more productive
- it is perfectly possible to run a successful business in an ethical and environmentally- friendly way and the Spring Board Consultancy make it a priority to do so
- it is essential as well as desirable that all the beliefs described here are put into practice in both the personal and professional livers of Springboards joint Chief Executives, Jenny and Liz.
The overall objective is to give women ( and men) the skills and workplace tools to be able to participate more fully in the workplace and as active citizens in their countries.

Holwell
The training courses take place at Holwell - an old Devon farmhouse, dating from 1244 set in rolling open countryside in a quiet valley with views to Exmoor on the horizon. The food is prepared inhouse using only the best produce from the organic vegetable garden and the house has been refurbished in an environmentally friendly way.
